I’m Lindsey Wright, I have been helping women become strong, confident, and healthy for over 20 years through a variety of fitness services.

My Expertise


Women aged 40+

I specialise in helping women over 40 build strong foundations through Pilates, before progressing confidently into strength training.

My clients come to me at all stages of life, with different experiences of exercise, health and movement. Many are managing injuries, postural imbalances or a lack of confidence in their bodies. My role is to guide, support and reassure them every step of the way.

With a background in Sports Science and fitness qualifications gained from the age of 19, I bring both knowledge and experience to every session. Group fitness was my first passion, and it helped shape my people-focused approach. I take pride in understanding each client as an individual, helping them recognise their potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.

My Services

  • I offer personalised 1:1 training from my private home studio in West Sussex.

    Each 45-minute session is tailored to your goals, whether you want to build strong foundations through Pilates, recover from injury, or improve your strength, movement and confidence through functional training.

    Your progress is carefully monitored, with your programme adapted as you develop, so every session supports where you are now and where you want to get to.

  • For women over 40 who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident, but are not sure where to begin, I also offer online coaching.

    This gives you expert guidance on training, nutrition and sustainable daily habits, wherever you are. You’ll receive a personalised workout and meal plan, alongside ongoing support and accountability from an experienced, understanding coach.

  • I also run a range of group classes, both online and in person.

    These include Mat Pilates using small equipment, as well as full-body strength sessions designed to suit different levels, abilities and goals.
